Aaron Russell – VP of Operations
Aaron Russell serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Dagda Corporation, where he leads the company’s operational strategy, client engagement, and business growth initiatives. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Business Information Technology and an MBA in Finance from DeSales University, Aaron began his career as a Combat Engineer Officer with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC, and in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. Following his military service, he joined PPL Corporation, where he held a range of leadership positions in Project Management, Estimating, Work Management, and Emergency Preparedness, developing deep expertise in utility operations, project delivery, and organizational leadership.
Ryan Townsend – President
Ryan Townsend founded Dagda Corporation in 2020 to combine his engineering, military, and construction experience in support of government agencies, electric utilities, and prime contractors. A West Point graduate and former Army Infantry Officer who served in Iraq and during Hurricane Katrina, Ryan later transitioned to the Coast Guard Reserve, where he continues to manage major design and construction projects, including the $70 million rebuild of Coast Guard Station Sandy Hook. His construction career began on the $1 billion Trans-Allegheny Interstate Line (TrAIL) project, where he rose from Field Engineer to Project Manager. Ryan holds master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Business, a Doctorate in Business Administration, is a licensed PE in WV, PA, and DE, a certified PMP, and is currently completing the Joint & Combined Warfighting School through the Joint Staff College.
Chrissy Beissel – Chief Financial Officer / Controller
Chrissy Beissel serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dagda Corporation, where she oversees all financial operations while also contributing to HR and strategic management initiatives. With nearly 40 years of experience in business leadership—including prior roles as Business Manager at RTR Energy Solutions and in the banking industry—Chrissy is known as Dagda’s trusted “gatekeeper,” ensuring sound financial stewardship and operational efficiency across the company. Beyond Dagda, she serves as President of the Fairchance (WV) Exchange Club, advancing its mission of family, patriotism, and community with a focus on the prevention of child abuse
